We had a busy Christmas!

Over Christmas Eve and Christmas Day we welcomed over 550 people to our services.  Some of those attending were visiting family and friends for Christmas but many were people that we see regularly within our communities and those who have come through our doors for weddings, baptisms or funerals and wanted to celebrate with us over the festive period.

Over 70 people also attended our annual Christmas celebration at the Worsley Arms in Hovingham on the 22nd December.  Our carol singing raised £233 for St Catherine’s Hospice in Scarborough.  Many thanks to Tony and his team for the mince pies and mulled wine.
