Our benefice is currently in vacancy. Please look at our calendar for upcoming services and events.

We offer a range of worship opportunities throughout the Benefice within the mainstream Anglican tradition. Our intention is that all our services should be accessible and friendly and particularly welcome children, visitors and holiday makers. Most of our services use Common Worship liturgy, although there are services which follow the Book of Common Prayer.

Please take a look at our calendar for up to date service details or if you want to join us for  a festival or special occasion such as Easter or Christmas. Apart from our Sunday services there is a mid-week service in All Saints Slingsby on a Wednesday morning at 9.30am which alternates between a lay-led Morning Prayer and a Eucharist.

Additional information on services can also be found on notice boards in our churches and around our communities and in the Benefice Newsletter.

Prayer

Join with us in our Benefice Prayer:

God who made everyone and who may be found in every place –

Bless our parishes and Benefice, prosper our attempts to be faithful to you and to draw others to you.

Inspire us by the power of your Holy Spirit that we may be a caring people, the true community of the body of Jesus Christ our Lord.   Amen.

We use The York Diocesan Prayer Diary to assist us in our prayers. Pray with us and with others in the Diocese as we journey together.
